P1 — Edge Inference Module

Target class: ~100 kW IT
Typical build: ~6 racks (compute / storage / network)
Focus: GPU inference (e.g., L40S-class) for video/speech/text; local data processing
Sites: plant, hospital, logistics hub, campus segment, test/demo node

P2 — Mini-Cluster (≤1 MW IT)

Target class: ≤1 MW IT (typ. 0.5–0.9 MW)
Build: 2–3 white-space modules + central power/cooling
Use: heavy inference, initial training/fine-tuning, multi-site hubs
Sites: industrial/campus clusters, regional hubs, utilities

P3 — Project Cluster (~3 MW IT)

Target class: up to ~3 MW IT per site
Build: multiple P2 blocks with central power/cooling, fabric network, tiered storage
Variants:
P3A: inference hubs (e.g., healthcare data lake, smart city, industrial analytics)
P3B: selected training clusters (LLM fine-tuning, domain models)
